Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy describes how cancellations and refunds work for Cyberwrap Studio, operated by Michael Russell as a sole proprietor (the “Service”), across our three offerings: the fleet platform subscription, advertiser payments, and Cyber Service mobile vehicle care. It applies alongside our Terms of Service.

1. Free Trial

New accounts may include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be billed. If you do not cancel, your selected plan begins automatically at the end of the trial and your payment method is charged.

You may cancel at any time from Settings → Billing, which opens your secure billing portal. When you cancel:

3. Refunds on Subscription Fees

Subscription fees are billed in advance and are generally non-refundable, except where required by law. Because you can cancel before the trial ends to avoid any charge, and can cancel anytime to prevent future charges, we do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods.

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will review your case in good faith.

4. Cyber Service — One-Time Orders

One-time Cyber Service orders (à-la-carte mobile vehicle care) are charged up front at checkout. Because this is a scheduled, come-to-you service, the following applies:

Care Plans are recurring monthly subscriptions billed in advance through Stripe.

6. Advertiser Payments

Payments made by advertisers for panel advertising are agreements between the advertiser and the fleet owner. Refunds for advertiser purchases are at the discretion of the fleet owner who sold the advertising. Cyberwrap Studio provides the payment infrastructure (via Stripe) but is not a party to those agreements and does not issue refunds on the fleet owner’s behalf.

7. Wrap Installation Costs

The one-time cost of professionally printing and installing a physical wrap is separate from monthly ad space. This install fee is paid to the wrap-installation shop that performs the work — the fleet owner arranges and pays for it, typically funded by the advertiser's payment for the campaign.

Because a printed and applied wrap cannot be un-printed or un-installed, installation costs are non-refundable once the work has been scheduled or performed — including if an advertiser later cancels the campaign. Fleet owners are encouraged to reflect this in their own agreements with advertisers. Cyberwrap Studio does not collect, hold, or refund installation fees.

8. Failed Payments

If a subscription payment fails, we will notify you by email and your account may be limited until payment is resolved. You can update your payment method at any time from the billing portal.

9. Account Deletion

Deleting your account cancels your subscription going forward. Deletion does not by itself trigger a refund of fees already paid; any refund follows Section 3 above.
